Trade agreements act of 1979 : statements of administrative action : a draft of proposed legislation to approve and implement the trade agreements negotiated under the Trade act of 1974, and for other purposes, together with statements of administrative action summarizing changes in United States trade law necessary or appropriate to implement the agreements / submitted as an accompanying part of the message from the President of the United States transmitting the agreements, pursuant to section 102 of the Trade act of 1974.
