| Note: | Reproduced typescript, with hand-lettered titles and page numbers on grained light brown paper and on white bond preliminaries, with pink tissue endpapers, stapled together and tied to coarse brown paper wrappers with white and magenta yarns. Wrappers have a background of reproduced manuscript overall, with mounted cutouts of magenta tissue paper and white bond with reproduced, hand-lettered title and edition information. Front wrapper has a mounted cutout of a portrait of a child, photocopied on ivory bond. Preliminaries have reproduced decorative elements with hand-colored detailing added.
