|a The Students' Association dates back to 1882 and was a student group in charge of keeping order in the dormitories. The group had the power to establish the rules of conduct, appoint representatives to the different dormitories, and hold the trials of those who violated the rules. The group was supervised by the faculty and the president of the college.
