On July 1, 1958, the Department of Television, Radio and Film was added to the College of Communication Arts and Sciences at Michigan State University. In 1975, the name changed to the Telecommunication Department. In 2003, the name changed to the Department of Telecommunication, Information Studies and Media. The latest name change was in 2014 to the Department of Media and Information. |
