Biographical Sketch:
A Junior College Cooperation office was created 1950. Later, the Office of Junior College Cooperation was created in 1956. It is unclear if these offices are related. In 1961, and possibly earlier, it was administered by the Continuing Education Service. The Community College Cooperation office closed in 1969.
