"The composite arranges a balanced mix of sweets, savories, vegetables and meats, but it is enhanced some by the presence of occasional oddities (e.g., Kromeskys, which seems to be an Eastern European stew; Bologna sausage; Mock pigeon), and, more frequently, for that era, the unusual specificity of measurements for ingredients."
