The documents describe the development of the idea for a cooperative, steps taken to purchase the land and to design the houses, and some setbacks encountered along the way. Home Sites Inc. was the unit created by the faculty to buy the land for development. Originally, a part of Meridian Township, Lantern Hill subdivision was annexed by the City of East Lansing in 1958. | ||
