Panelists are: Laura Dawson, President Dawson Strategic; Christopher Wilson, Associate at the Mexico Institute of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars; Christopher Sands, Senior Fellow at the Hudson Institute; Scott Miller, International Business Chairman - Center for Strategic and International Studies.
