Volumes for 1845-1904 called 3rd series volumes 1-60 (called also volumes 71-130); volumes for 1905-20 called 4th series, volumes 1-16 (called also volumes 131-146); volumes for 1922-1983 called volumes 148-184. Volume number continues, plate number started again with 1 in 1949. Volumes for 1948-1983 designated new series. Suspended 1921-September 1922. Volume 147 published in 1938, volume 148 in 1922. Volume 163 published irregularly 1940-1942.
