Summary: |
Hot dog stand: Ralph and Norton decide to become their own men. They quit their jobs and open a hot dog stand. The idea is more of a wiener than a winner. Alice plays cupid: Alice matchmakes between one of her girlfriends and a pal from work. Unaware that the pair are already engaged, Ralph and Alice are taken aback with the passion the two bring to their "first meeting". Jellybeans: Alice has saved up $10 to buy herself a new dress. Ralph "borrows" the money in order to buy jellybeans for a scheme to correctly guess the number of jellybeans in a jar in a contest. When the scheme backfires, Ralph owes Alice some redress. Cottage for sale: Ralph and Ed convince Alice and Trixie to buy a summer cottage so they can get away from it all. There is little peace to be had, however, when the cottage turns out to be a lemon. |
