Newlyweds, Ted and Eve, have just bought a new home - complete with a hidden "speak easy". To Eve's disappointment, she soon discovers that Ted has compromised their vows on numberous occassions. Eve decides to take action by using chains to confine Ted downstairs in the speak easy.
