Summary:
Herschell (Hawkes), a Vietnam veteran biker on the road in Florida, offers a ride home to a woman with a flat tire. The woman, Angel (Cullivan) is a Bible-thumping good-girl, but her sister Ann (Hughes) is a bad one. She seduces Herschel, introduces him to drugs, and quickly turns him into a spastic addict. He follows Ann to a turkey farm owned by her father, a mad scientist. The mad scientist feeds Herschel turkey treated with an experimental drug and turns him into a man with a turkey head who proceeds to attack fellow drug addicts and dealers and drink their blood.
