Summary:
In Arthur's almost live, not real music festival, Arthur and the gang create their own music videos, though they lack high-tech video gear. In The ballad of Buster Baxter, Art Garfunkel lends his voice to the moose minstrel who sings "The ballad of Buster Baxter", the story of how Buster feels when he comes home to Elwood City. In D.W. and the crazy bus song, the crazy bus song is totally obnoxious, but D.W. insists on playing it 4000 times a day.
