Summary:
When Southland corporation decides to shut down its railroad operations in favor of air freight, the small town home of the Southland railyard, Clifford, Arkansas, faces layoffs and mass unemployment. But as the yard closes, two longtime railroaders Haney and Leo decide to fight the decision. They "borrow" a locomotive and head to Chicago to confront the company president in Chicago.
