Summary:
The Punisher walks through the same world we all know, a world darkened by war, by crime, by cruelty, and by injustice. He has no superpowers to battle the evil he sees all around him. He only has his fierce intelligence, his years of combat experience and, above all, his ironclad determination to avenge those wronged by society's villains, including those who killed his family.
John Rambo is an ex-Green Beret haunted by memories of Vietnam, he was once the perfect killing machine. Now he is searching for peace, but finds instead an overzealous, small town sheriff who's spoiling for a fight. Trouble begins when an unjustly imprisoned Rambo escapes and becomes a target of a massive manhunt. Now he must use all of his cunning, combat skills and weapons training to stay alive and outwit his pursuers.
