Romney Marsh, the parish vicar Dr. Syn, disguised as "The Scarecrow," rides to the defense of the hard-pressed farmers and villagers.

Issued in lmited series, in a collectible tin with a numbered certificate of authenticity and collectible art card. Leonard Maltin's introduction explains that the Walt Disney Wonderful World of Color episodes were originally filmed in widescreen, but shown in fullscreen on television. So, Walt Disney's introductions are shown first in their fullscreen format.
