In contemporary blind-stamped pig skin over beveled wooden boards; each board has center motif of three stamped fleurs-de-lis surrounded by a rolled frame containing portraits in profile of Luther, Erasmus, Melanchthon, and Hus, all within a foliate setting; four raised bands on spine; faded inscription on spine; two brass fore-edge clasps.
