Biographical Sketch:
The Visiting Chefs series is an ongoing annual event held at the Kellogg Hotel and Event Center on the campus of Michigan State University. It was founded approximately in 1998 as The American Chef's Symposium and changed titles throughout its tenure. The series features various visiting chefs who host cooking classes and other events for customers and guests of the Hotel.
