Rachel Mitchell, head of the Maricopa County, Arizona, Special Victims Division, questions Kavanaugh on behalf of the Republican committee members. Kavanaugh denies Ford's allegations says that if the committee wants an FBI investigation, he will comply. He also answers questions about his alcohol consumption and his sexual behavior.
