MSU: Former owner's inscription on front fly-leaf recto dated 1534 (struck through), likely an acquisition note.

MSU: Obliterated, but faintly visible, inscription on leaf A1r.

MSU: Contemporary alum-tawed pigskin over thick wooden boards (probably German); remnant of a single clasp; printed waste used as paste-downs, from a 16th-century or late 15th-century edition of the "Epistolae et evangelia" (or "Plenarium") in German and Latin.
