Description
Summary:
The politicization of university students in Mexico, is a work that begins with the political participation of the # YOSOY132 movement, goes through the unfortunate event of the disappearance of the 43 students of Ayotzinapa and reaches the beginning of the seizures of faculties for the equity of gender, non-harassment and the use of institutional violence against university students. It is an investigation that covers different forms of organization and participation of the student communities of the UNAM, UAM, IPN, Universidad Iberoamericana and UACM. The different political and ideological expressions, their perspectives and the inter-institutional and off-campus forms of struggle are raised, as well as the articulation between different university communities. --Source other than Library of Congress.
