Note:Reprint of the 1882 edition published by F. A. Brockhaus, Leipzig, which was issued as volumes 16-17 of Deutsche Dichter des sechzehnten Jahrhunderts.
Collection of 400 fables, divided in four books; the greater part (I-III₋p84₋s) being paraphrases in rimes of the fables in M. Dorpius' collection (Strassburg, 1516, 1519, Leipzig, 1532). Fables 61-100 of the fourth book are omitted in this edition.
