Report to the President on school-based outreach for children's health insurance / submitted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services in collaboration with the Secretary of Agriculture, the Secretary of Education.

On October 12, 1999, the President directed the Secretaries of Health and Human Services (HHS), Education (ED) and Agriculture (USDA) to develop specific recommendations to encourage and integrate Medicaid and SCHIP outreach and enrollment for children in school settings.
