Note:Tentatively attributed to the Marqués de Casa Yrujo, Spanish minister to the United States, in the Monthly magazine and American review, volumes 3, 1800, page 137. Evans attributes the Spanish edition (Evans 36192) to Santiago Felipe Perglia [i.e., James Philip Puglia].
