Elementary programs include Field Ecology, Plant Taxonomy, Ornithology, and Conservation. Listed are topics covered in the programs and concepts developed. References are given for the secondary programs and background information for the elementary programs. Appended are booklists for elementary schildren and teachers, a list of representative plants of Fernbank Forest, a classification of birds in Fernbank Forest, and supplementary references.
