Programs described are said to have the common theme of increased learning by students, with emphasis on the recognition of individual needs, abilities, and desires, and improved teacher performance. Included among them are: accountability, minicourse, modular team teaching, multiphased individualized instruction, elementary development, guidance and counseling, innovative educational services, early childhood education, inter-disciplinary environmental approach, cognitive-affective-psychomotor programs, and models and strategies to improve education. A listing of fourteen additional programs funded for fiscal year 1974-1975 is provided. (Author/JM)
