Description
Summary:
This journal, published three time annually, is intended to blend theory and practice in reporting on pupil services practices serving Wisconsin youth, and to stimulate professional activity in the pupil services field. An article on the pro-active role of the pupil personnel services administrator stresses competency-building through training and supervision. Another article describes a project providing parent education programs through school and community cooperation. Research projects described involve continuing education needs of Wisconsin school counselors and differences in verbal responses of male and female counselors-in-training to female clients. A study of Wisconsin pupil services administrators and an article on personal growth experiences in counselor education are included. Use of the System of Multi-Cultural Pluralistic Assessment for evaluating the culturally different child is also described. (NRB)
