Summary:	This research report describes the results of a field test of "South Asia: Nepal--Why are the Forests Disappearing?", a video program from "Global Geography", an instructional video series (available January 1988) for students in middle and junior high schools. The results from the teachers and students surveyed indicate overall favorable responses to the program and its contents. Tables and charts are included that reflect the student sample and the Attention Profile. Appendices include the student, the teacher, and the teacher's guide questionnaires. Students' and teachers' questionnaire responses are also included. (DJC)
