The state of Washington implemented the Readiness to Learn program as part of the state's Family Policy Initiative. This report presents summary descriptions of 34 local programs statewide. Each summary description is organized similarly and includes a brief program description, information on consortium and collaborative agreements, descriptions of services to children and families, details on the outcomes for children and families, statistics on characteristics of program participants, and examples of program successes.
