Message of the President of the United States, communicating, in compliance with a resolution of the Senate of the 4th instant, information in regard to the proceedings had in the State of Georgia in pursuance of the recent act of Congress entitled An act to promote the reconstruction of Georgia, and in relation to the organization of the Legislature of that state since the passage of that act.
