Summary:	Sweet, wet-behind-the-ears Candy Wednesday, an ingénue fresh off the bus from Indiana, arrives in Los Angeles to become an actress . Securing the services of scruffy talent agent Walter Paisley, she gets a gig as a stunt woman for prolific schlock studio Miracle Pictures (their motto: "If it's a good picture, it's a Miracle!"). After several tawdry potboilers, she becomes Miracle Pictures' latest drive-in movie queen. Alas, a vicious unknown killer has been randomly picking off actresses on Miracle film sets. Who's doing it? Is Candy next on the list? Who will survive and what will become of Miracle Pictures?
