The terror: A young officer in Napoleon's army pursues a mysterious woman to the castle of an elderly Baron where he discovers that she is the pawn of an old witch bent on driving the Baron to suicide.
Nightmare castle: A deranged scientist gruesomely murders his wife and her lover, using their blood to renew the body of his own lover. When his dead wife's twin sister inherits her fortune, he courts and marries her, but the spirits of the dead return to exact their revenge.
Mania (Flesh and the Fiends) : A respectable Scottish doctor needs dead bodies to fuel his research, using unscrupulous grave robbers who decide to create their own supply of cadavers with a series of grisly murders. When the assistant doctor's fiancée turns up as the latest victim, a horrible climax ensues. |
