Tracy's not going to let him get away. -- Dick Tracy meets Gruesome: Tracy's hot on the trail of some bank robbers who use a drug to freeze people in their tracks. Their leader is Gruesome, who gets his jollies by killing his enemies and stuffing their bodies into a roaring furnace -- Dick Tracy vs. Cueball: The local cops are delighted when jewel thief Cueball starts killing members of his own gang after they've double-crossed him. Unfortunately, Dick Tracy is also in the balg guy's sights.
