In a small Tunisian village, a woman named Kalt hacks into the region's computer networks to broadcast political messages as her alter ego, a cartoon character named Bedwin Hacker. A female investigator tries to catch Kalt, leading to a game of cat-and-mouse between the two strong-willed women.
