Oleg Kalugin, a former Major General in the 1st Chief Directorate of the KGB, explains how the KGB handled interrogations of captured U.S. P.O.W.'s during the Vietnam War. Kalugin says that the KGB was interrogating captured U.S. agents as late as 1978 in Vietnam, three years after the war ended.
