To get to that point a whole host of things would need to transpire, with challenges to creativity and constancy, rationality and an appreciation of African interests in a globalizing world. The initial step at this point in time is for us to be able to sustain the emergence of a cultural renaissance, a self-awareness campaign based on our heritage and who we are as Africans.
