Stories include Michigan towns who are struggling to find solutions for funding new schools. In Vicksburg, citizens have created a new citizen's committee to explore options after the defeat of a bonding proposal and in Union City, town leaders are considering changes to the voting rules after a school millage proposal failed for the third time. Ed Lascoe also does a brief round up of short and amusing stories from community newspapers.
