Under questioning by majority counsel Sam Dash, Petersen talks about when he first learned of the Watergate break-in and the role he played in the investigation, the role of John Dean, campaign dirty tricks, CIA involvement, the conclusions drawn by mid April 1973 as to who was actually involved in the conspiracy and cover-up, and the April 30 resignations of Nixon's advisers.
