Donohue and Revitte compare their respective experiences as FGO and discuss some of the reasons why grievances were filed. Donohue says he tried to counsel administrators on how to resolve matters with a less confrontational approach and advocates for the value of mediating disagreements instead of filing a grievance. | ||
