The best way of disposing of hammer'd money and plate : as well for the advantage of the owners thereof, as for raising fifteen hundred, and fifteen thousand pounds; whereof the first million of money for the use of the war, and the rest, for the necessary expence of His Majesties houshold: on the duty of four shillings per quarter on malt, and a duty on mum, sweets, cyder, and perry, which have already been voted for that sum.
