Text for The passion, movement II adapted by the composer from the writing of Los Angeles journalist Jefferson Reid from a project he did "shadowing" some of the unfortunate members of society. Text for The passion, movement III adapted by the composer from the writing of his sister Claudia Brooks Lindberg from a pamphlet addressed to her children during the final stages of her terminal illness.
